We can all agree that access to technology is critical for our students to succeed in the 21st century.

A growing number of educational reformers suggest that increased student engagement and achievement can be accomplished by teachers using the right technological tools in the right ways for instruction.  As DJUSD formulates and executes it technology planning in relation to the Common Core, DSF commits to provide funding for resources and training to help enable students at all school sites to have equitable access to developmentally-appropriate instructional technology.

DSF has identified funding of technology to include laptops and/or iPads with keyboards and equipment carts as well as wireless access points, technical support and training at each school campus.
